After 5 years, my driving license had expired and i needed to apply for new license because i have moved from my home town to another town so it's impossible to used my old license.
I take a day-off to administer all things i need to get a new driving license in my new town. At first i went to a police station but apparently i had to go to medical check up first to get a health certificate. In that place i got some eyes test. It cost me 15000 IDR.
After getting a health certificate the next things to do is a technical and theory examination.I must go to another place that have a very long distance from police station. why the examination didn't held in police station? i also didn't understand why they choose that place to do an exam for people who want to get new license.Theory test had past and it's continued with technical test such as do a zigzag and ride around a circle. I passed all test and got another certificate and this examination cost me 165.000 IDR.
It's time back to police station to get my driving license but unfortunately in police station after giving all certificate i had got,i must do a final theory examination again. what a tired day. i had finished all question just for 15 minutes and waiting for the result. it needed a long time for them to check all paper examination.
After i had been confirmed that i had passed the test, the next step i must do was paying an administration fee for 75000 IDR, take a photo and get the license.
i had spent my whole day to get my new driving license (09.00 - 17.00).

Today i got a good news from Google AdSense team. Yeah, Western Union now available in Indonesia. Maybe this also will be a good news for all publisher from Indonesia because we no longer need to wait for checks to arrive in the mail or to clear at the bank.
Western Union Quick Cash is a new form of payment that lets you receive your AdSense payments in cash using the worldwide Western Union money transfer service. This payment method is quick, easy, and free.
How to pick up your Western Union Quick Cash payment?
In order to pick up your payment by Western Union Quick Cash, there are some steps that you must complete :
1. Visit http://www.payment-solutions.com/agent.asp to locate a Western Union Agent.
2.Call the Western Union Agent to confirm that they offer the Quick Cash service.
3.Bring the following information with you:
- a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver's license, National ID etc)
- sender's information: Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. Phone Number: 650-253-4000
- amount of your payment, which you can find on your Payment History page
- your unique MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) which you can find by clicking on the 'details' link next to the Payment Issued line on your Payment History page
When you go to the Western Union agent, please let them know that you would like to pick up a Quick Cash payment. Additionally, please remember to pick up your Western Union payment within 60 days of the payment date, or the amount will be credited back to your AdSense account.
I think that simple steps above is easier than clearing our check in bank. I hope one day Google can also do a payment using PayPal or another easier payment method. :p
