Health is the most important things in our life. After realizing this, people trying to keep their body in health by consuming vitamin, food supplements and going to gym. But don’t you know there is a simple way to keep your body in health and fit every day? Or may be you already know the answer?
Yeah, you’re right, water is the answer. With just doing the simple things below, you have done the best things to your lovely body health.
After waking up in the morning every day, try to drink 1 ¼ liter of water. Drink it before you wash your mouth because there are many useful enzymes that produced in your mouth when we asleep. These enzymes are useful for building the immune system for our body.
We have about 8 meter bowel that used to absorb all nutrition from food that we have eaten. By drinking 1 ¼ liter of water in the morning it also keep our bowel clean so it can do its job, absorb nutrition better and better.
Also try to drink water after 2 hour having meal to complete the nutrition absorption. For the first time, may be you will suffer diarrhea or stomachache. It’s OK and natural, after several day your body will have become accustomed to this therapy.

Drinking water is also good for your completion and dryness of the body, it starts from the inside out.
I read somewhere that most often when we think we're having hunger pangs, it's actually our body telling us we need more water.
