windows 10 can't see and access others computer on network

my windows 10 can not see and access others share folder on my network.
I had already set up the ip address and workgroup perfectly.
the computer can ping to another computer from command prompt but can not access the share folder.

if you found same problem you can do this step to solve this annoying problem.

you can type run in search  menu at taskbar or you can press windows+R to show run menu.
Type optionalfeatures in run menu.

the windows will show you  windows feature.

windows features

check list the SMB 1.0/CIFS file sharing support and then click oke.
try to restart your computer and go to your network places again.you will see list of others computer and your computer now can access the share folder.
